The District of Squamish has published the order in which mayoral and council candidates will appear on the ballot during the municipal election voting day.
Order of candidates was determined with a draw and they will appear on the ballot in the sequence listed below.
Voters have the option of casting a ballot for one mayoral candidate and six council candidates.
After the vote, one mayor and six councillors will serve a four-year term starting November 2018.
Squamish residents will have five chances to vote.

Advance voting days will be:
Oct. 10, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. — The 55 Activity Centre, 1201 Village Green Way
Oct. 13, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. — Brennan Park Recreation Centre, 1009 Centennial Way
Oct. 15, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. — The 55 Activity Centre, 1201 Village Green Way
Oct. 17, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. — The 55 Activity Centre, 1201 Village Green Way

General voting day will be:
Oct. 20, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. — Brennan Park Recreation Centre, 1009 Centennial Way

Special voting opportunities will be given to those admitted as patients to Squamish General Hospital, or those living in Shannon Falls Retirement Residence or Hilltop House.
These opportunities will be:
Oct. 20, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Squamish General Hospital, 38140 Behrner Drive
Oct. 20, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Hilltop House, 38146 Behrner Drive
Oct. 20, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. — Shannon Falls Retirement Residence, 38225 Third Avenue
