The Bowen Island Logging Show returned to action on July 9 at Veterans Park.
It was the first show since 2019 following a pair of pandemic cancellations. Events included axe throwing, pole climbing, sawing events - including cross saw and hot saw - choker racing, and the underhand chop.
Competitors hailed from Bowen, and also travelled from Squamish, Shuswap, and Vancouver Island to take part.
