Supreme Court jury finds man guilty in 2017 Delta homicide

A man has been found guilty in 小蓝视频 Supreme Court for the second-degree murder of a 52-year-old Delta resident in 2017.

Following court proceedings, on Dec. 10, a jury of the 小蓝视频 Supreme Court found Adrianus Rosbergen guilty of the second-degree murder of Allen William Skedden.

Cpl. Esther Tupper, Media Relations Officer with the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) said no date has been set for a sentencing hearing.

According to IHIT, on March 2, 2017, just before 1 p.m. Richmond RCMP responded to the 22000 block of Fraserwood Way for a report of a found body.

When police arrived, a deceased man was located with injuries. The man’s death was deemed suspicious, and IHIT took conduct of the investigation.

Skedden was last seen on Feb. 21, 2017, and was reported as missing to the Delta Police Department that same day, at which time, an investigation was initiated.

On Feb. 26, 2022, the 小蓝视频 Prosecution Service charged Rosbergen, with second-degree murder in relation to the homicide.
